It all! Odor to the room when we arrived. We had to open windows to air out. We stayed at two other hotels during our stay in Portugal which were much more spacious. Staff during the evening of our stay seemed bothered when we asked questions. Overall not impressed but was ok for the night before leaving for airport .

I found the pictures on the Hotels.com website to be a bit misleading. The rooms and the reception area were small. The area around the hotel was noisy at night. On the positive side the included breakfast was good.

The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood in Lisbon, away from all the tourist traps and noise, but still conveniently located to local shops, restaurants and public transport options. The property is clean, the staff is excellent and breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice was a great perk!

The property was great for the family. It was lovely having 3 beds in one room and the room was setup to quickly setup suitcases and a Get settled. The only issue I had was the shower. The tub / half glass setup led to water spraying a little more around then I would have liked. Especially after my 12 year old had a shower… but that was my only concern and that is an opportunity. I would come back
