The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great and convenient Liked the cozy restaurant and bar atmosphere . The room was small and dated. Close to the tourist areas. Bit loud at night so kept window closed.

Exceptional staff, service and location

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The beds were super comfortable! But what really makes this place stand out is the exceptional staff. I have actually never met staff that are so friendly receptive and customer oriented. The other nice thing is they have a lovely rooftop patio and happy hour, and a lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, great stay

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, lovely bar and terrace (with happy hour!) ideal location for exploring the city. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful and very personable. They did everything possible to improve our stay. Breakfast was amazing, best Capirinhas at the bar and room maintenance was above par. We would definitely stay there again when in Lisbon. The hotel is also in a great central location.

Nicely situated property which was within walking distance of Rossio square and its metro and suburban train station. We got in way early and were hoping for early check in which was not available. Not their fault though. Check in is at 3:00 and not sooner it seems. The staff were also super nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was above par and they even gave us breakfast to go on the day of our departure. I’d stay here again.
