The hotel location is excellent, and the cleanliness, condition and amenities are great. What I was most impressed by was the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. An overall satisfying experience throughout. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.

This hotel was a great choice. We had a suite and it was outstanding. The staff was efficient and professional. The breakfast each morning was perfect and the kitchen and service staff were great. We really enjoyed ourselves and will return in the future.

Our stay at the Eurostars in Baixa was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING; after a long day I really looked forward to the luxurious shower experience! The location was convenient, and staff were friendly (we appreciated the surprise delivery of pastries our first night). Breakfast was a beautiful spread of wonderful food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely and spacious. The shower was excellent. The cleaners were particularly good. The room was always immaculate. We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location. We used the metro from the airport and it was so easy and hotel was just a short walk to the station. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

Everything about this property was top class. The location couldn’t be better - just a 5-minute walk from Praça do Comércio and Rua Augusta, the main street lined with great restaurants and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Have stayed in 4 Eurostar Hotels. All were meticulously designed and creatively lit. Staff were always helpful. This hotel was also top level. Great staff! Excellent breakfast too. The only complaint in all four deals with the in-room coffee. It’s awful. That’s not a local issue but clearly a corporate decision since each eurostar uses the same coffee brand/machine.
