Feels like home, nie wieder. Die Wohnung scheint auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung zu sein. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fällt einem in jedem Raum mal weniger mal sehr viel Schimmel an Decken und Wänden auf, dies riecht man auch. Dies rührt wahrscheinlich von den fehlenden Fenstern. Sauber ist es auch nur auf den ersten Blick. Fußleisten, Ecken, sehr schmutzig. Das große Badezimmer ist sehr dunkel und im kleinen Badezimmer war von innen gar kein Griff an der Tür, defekt. Die Küche ist auch mur mit sehr wenigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts ging die Waschmaschine kaputt, die Kosten sollten wir tragen. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr dürftig und unzuverlässig. Wir sind oft in Ferienwohnungen, dies war sehr enttäuschend.

Falta algo de ventilacion en los baños. Las puertas no cierran. La cerradura principal muy vieja y tuve que regresar por otra llave por que la primera llave no abria. Muy dificil de abrir la cerradura tido el tiempo

Die Lage war einfach nur perfekt. Das Haus selber ist sehr hellhörig. Die Ausstattung top. Einrichtung schön,. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben nicht funktioniert.

Aurait pu être très bien

Appartement spacieux, décoration soignée, très bien placé, proche de tous les lieux de visite. Néanmoins quelques équipements sont manquants : 1 seul verre à vin, 1 seul verre à champagne, 6 assiettes, très peu de couverts, planche à repasser cassée... Le plus gros problème s'avère être la moisissure qui recouvre les murs de la 3e chambre, rendant celle-ci insalubre. Il est impossible d'y dormir sans laisser la porte ouverte. L'agence en a été informée, dans l'espoir que le propriétaire accepte de faire les travaux indispensables, rien n'est moins certain ... Je vous conseille de vous en assurer avant de réserver cet appartement.
