We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. PROS: It was in a safe neighborhood, about a 15 min walk into town, about 5 min walk from the metro. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean. Quiet room at night. There is an elevator in the property, air conditioning, a small safe in the room, parking available (did not have to use, so do not know the cost), breakfast available for €15/person (did not have). City tax was €4 euro/person/night. CONS: wish there was a small refrigerator in the room, beds and pillows were a bit too firm. But overall, would stay again!

Lacking Comforts

The Hotel is lacking a few items that would be extremely helpful. There was no mini fridge, no ironing board and most importantly no coffee maker in the room or even access to one in the lobby. The hotel and room itself was clean and quiet.

Great hotel, convenient location for subway and trams, very friendly and helpful staff at reception and at breakfast, plenty of variety and hot and cold options for breakfast and very clean and comfortable room. Excellent value all round.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is what made it so great. Theres a laundry mat next door, plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s perfectly situated just outside of Rossio square so that it’s quiet at night but you’re still in walking distance of all the action. We would stay here again!

The hotel was lovely and in a great area. The only down side is the shower stall in the room is very small and would not accommodate all sizes. It was very cramped. The staff were great and very friendly.

We came for a short stay and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer tbh, the beds are old and in need or refurbishment they weren’t very comfortable either. Bathroom small and the shower temp was hard to get it right due to the old dials on it.

Very clean, staff is amazing, great location, walking distance to main attractions. Great breakfast. Our room was very small. Cathedral Ceiling is low on one side. You need to bend not to bump you head into it. Otherwise, we had great time.
