The room was very clean. Checked in early by mistake, but the staff was very gracious. The room was very difficult to find initially because it is in a very small back alley not easily disciminated by GPS. Only experience with European lodging enabled me to figure out where it was. In addition, contact with the contactless check-in was a bit difficult initially, but eventually became effective. The neighborhood of the apartment is safe with plenty of food, shopping, and transportation choices. The room was a bit more aged than the photos indicated, but is was clean and functional. Very staff was very courteous and friendly, and in spite of some of the shortcomings mentioned, it was affordable and I would recommend it.
