The reception staff were impeccable in their professionalism, highly commendable with how they handled clients! Breakfast was abundant and good. Area was walking distance to Av. Liberdade. We had a wonderful stay.

Not much around. Long walk just to get some decent food. Ghetto area. Anyway, staffs were very friendly & helpful. Uber to tourists areas was cheap.

Quick stay in Lisboa

We flew into Lisboa and arrived at the hotel early - hoping to be able to leave our suitcases on site until our check-in time. The receptionist had a room ready - with an (sleepless) overnight flew it was very much appreciated! Muito obrigado! The room was cozy & comfortable - with a nice Juliet Balcony with a view of the street. The complimentary breakfast was huge & very tasty for a free hotel spread. Overall a very nice hotel with excellent service…..easily walkable to downtown as well.

The only down side was the sofa bed for 1 person, a little small for a 10 years old boy and not so comfortable (metal springs). It also takes all the space in the room. A side from that everything was great!

Clean room, nothing in the mini fridge, breakfast doesn't start until 7 am which meant we could get a hot breakfast as we had flight at 11 needed to be 4 hours earlier. However they did provided a meal to go.

I ended up in Lisbon without a hotel room. I mistakenly booked a room at another hotel for the wrong date. That hotel front desk staff recommended the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn staff were so welcoming and everything worked out well. Shopping and restaurants are easily walkable. The hotel was clean and nice. No issues what so ever. I would recommend the hotel.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The location was great, very close to 2 Metro stations and just approximately 30 minutes walk along the gorgeous Liberty Ave to the Old Town. The breakfast at this hotel was amazing with plenty of options, the service was exceptional.

Staff very friendly and attentive. We arrived early and they hold our luggage until check in time while we went out for lunch. There is a Telpark Parking across the street but we didn’t use it because since we arrived on Saturday we parked the car on the street outside the hotel for free (you don’t pay on weekends). We got a room just in the corner with an amazing view. I would recommend a few hooks to hang the towels. Breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh and varied. We walked easily to all the attractions in downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
