rooms are clean. showers cannot handle when the water comes full speed so should look at drainage issues. service is very friendly. i like the design of the rooms but they’re all pretty small and not soundproof. you can when other rooms flush their toilets

The is the best hotel I stayed in Europe so far. The staffs are polite. When I opened the room door. They already have two Pastel de Nata and a bottle of champagne on the table. The breakfast are amazing. You can order hot food from the menu. They are fine dinning quality. Location are perfect for shopping. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again next time. Great Job ! Great location

Lovely hotel, very central location. Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Acoustics in room weren't the best, was woken a number of times in the night by people in the room next door. Unique artworks on each floor of the building and very quirky decor throughout. Breakfast was lovely. A good selection on the buffet and nice choices on menu.

Great Lisbon choice

Lovely stay at Hotel Hotel. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Great location between Avenida and Restauradores metro stations so straightforward to get to and from the airport. Rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was also great.

The hotel is close to everything in Lisbon, it is clean, and has an excellent maintenance crew, the breakfast is also exceptionally good. The hotel staff is caring, and provide not just help during the hotel accommodation, but is willing to invest time and effort to make the hotel stay very pleasant; I was traveling back home on my birthday, and I was not only congratulated on my birthday by the hotel staff; the restaurant crew prepared for me a delicious treat, a small birthday cake, that made my day. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.

Hotel Hotel, so good they named it twice

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hotel. The hotel is lovely and the outdoor pool was a little oasis for us during the hot days. The staff are very friendly and so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was a delight, as was the evening meal we had there.
