The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Every inch was clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was displayed in a beautiful setting however, the food selection was more geared towards customers coming UK or EU countries vs US. I would highly recommend. Location was perfect.

Very clean room, my clean freak wife didn't spot any issues and that's rare. Beds were super comfortable. Had the best 2 nights sleep in ages. Booked a family room, there wasn't one available so they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms which was better but staff were still apologetic over it. Complimentary sparking wine and orange juice was a lovely touch and they made it feel special. Nice to have robes and slippers provided too, not everywhere does that. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is beautiful if a little in need of updating. Overall we were given a 5 star experience for a budget friendly price.

Great staff very friendly and helpful. If there was an issue, they immediately fix and sort the problems. Very attentive and offering travel plans if needed. The breakfast buffet was tasty and a good variety as it introduce some Portuguese dishes. The room was spacious, cleaned promptly every day when allowed. The facilities provided are amazing such as the refreshments in the lobby area.

For me, the staff truly stood out. Their attentiveness and genuinely friendly demeanour made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. ​Close behind that, the cleanliness and comfort of the room was superb. It's so nice to settle into a spotless, well-appointed space after traveling. ​The amenities were also excellent, but the staff and the room quality were the real highlights.

Overall, a great stay! The staff were super friendly, and the hotel offers excellent spaces to work if you prefer not to do so in your room. We also received great VIP Access perks and definitely felt like VIPs. The only drawback is that the rooms are not well sound‑insulated.

The reception staff varied - some were bright and helpful others more brusque to the point of being dismissive. I was in room 111 - a disabled friendly room right over the kitchen which had string kitchen odors and lots of noise until late at night and then starting again at 5am

Staff was wonderful, I arrived early from my flight and Anna at the front desk was able to have my room ready early after a short wait. The room was clean and spacious, I received an upgrade. Breakfast buffet was huge and great variety, everything of good quality.
