Star INN,is a Hotel impacable for who is make a Layover or staing for couple days. No stress with traffic relating to the airport and having a nice buffet every night. It was the second time, and I loved it and always. No worries - Star Inn Hotel

Great airport location.

Great place to stay when you have a 5:40 am flight. Very comfortable. Breakfast starting at 2 am airport shuttle at 4 am. Although only 5 min walk to the terminal.

this property is very conveniently located near the airport. They have a shuttle if you have luggage, but it's close enough to walk to the airport. The hotel is clean and basic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, dinner buffet was disappointing, the food was overcooked and bland. The hotel is a good value.

There needs to be some directions on where to park before you get there. The first parking garage you come across, just has a sign for parking. If you go and park there, you will be in the wrong place, it is for an office and you will have to pay to get out of the garage. The second parking spot has very poor signage and I wasn't sure which parking was for Star and which was for Melia. The room was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed in the 22 Euro dinner. The main dishes were not very good, nothing worth the price. I really was looking forward to a tasty dinner before leaving Lisbon. The last time I went to Melia and the dinner was amazing for 25 Euro. Star, if you want to see a top notch dinner, walk across the street to Melia. I will continue to stay at Star, I know where to park now, it is close to the airport, staff were very nice and it is a good value.

Hotel is very close (walkable) to Lisbon airport and they also provide shuttle (every 15 minutes, only 8 at a time). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Underground parking for extra charge. The room was quiet and clean. Biggest negative was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Also the bathroom is in a glass tiny closet size room. It gives you zero privacy so not ideal situation when sharing a room. The sink is next to the bed and the shower is another tiny closet size space. For these reasons the stay wasn’t enjoyable but location is very convenient.
