This is the place to stay. Excellent service. Nice rooms with a beautiful bathroom & hot hot shower. Restaurant on first floor brought well needed tapas on our arrival. Gave great recommendation for Fado and dinner that I will never forget. they even stored our luggage and arranged for our airport transport. Highly recommend.

Staff were courteous, and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel had good food. Centrally located. The room was mediocre. The shower leaked, not enough bath mats to mop up the leak, even though we asked for extra. It was mainly a design flaw in the bathroom. The ssrvers in the restaurant left much to be desired. The service was lack lustre to say the least.

Great value for a nice clean hotel at an amazing location. Staff is well trained and courteous and very hospitable. Location is 10+ if you are a tourist looking to explore old town Lisbon on foot. It’s a walkable distance to a number of major attractions and food places.
