Nice apartment and location

Overall, a great location and stay. There was an issue with them not sending then check in email, the day before and I had to call hotels.con to get it resolved, which they did. Did not affect my stay, and they were super friendly and helpful when the my met me, but could be worth making sure they send to you the day before as agreed. Nice apartment, free bottle of red wine, which was a great touch. Would definitely stay again.

La struttura è in una ottima posizione per visitare anche a piedi la città..a due passi da tutto sia mezzi, che locali o negozi per lo shopping e luoghi da visitare. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e visto che eravamo cinque ragazze avere due bagni a nostra disposizione è stato veramente comodo! La disponibilità dei gestori della struttura è stata ottima: ci hanno permesso di anticipare l'orario di check in e questo ci ha permesso di non girare per la città coi bagagli per due ore. Forse qualche dettaglio nell'appartamento sarebbe facilmente migliorabile: non tutti i cassetti delle cassettiere in camera non si aprivano; nella doccia di in un bagno non c'era il ripiano per appoggiare shampo e sapone; la vasca del secondo bagno era un pò rovinata; aggiungere uno specchio in più fuori dai bagni, magari all'ingresso, sarebbe utile. Ma parliamo proprio di dettagli facilmente migliorabili!!! L'appartamento è comunque ottimo, molto funzionale e spazioso. Magari sconsiglierei di portare bagagli troppo pesanti visto che non c'è l'ascensore e l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano.

Boa estadia para família, bom atendimento.

O apto que alugamos estava com algum problema e nos levaram para outro, maior, mas mais distante, uns 500 metros, mas numa ladeira. Pedi para trocar, no dia seguinte, para o apto que eu tinha reservado e fui atendida no dia seguinte à noite. Chegando lá, havia lâmpadas que não acendiam e o chuveiro não esquentava. Pedi, então, pra voltar para o apto anterior, pois já estava sendo um transtorno aquele vai e vem com duas crianças. Fui atendida e voltamos para o apto anterior, que é ótimo, bem equipado e muito espaçoso. Apenas três inconvenientes, mas que não chegam a tornar a estadia ruím: o aquecimento é precário, chegando a fazer frio dentro do imóvel; o bonde passa na porta e pode-se ouvir o barulho dele, inclusive durante a madrugada, e há uma ladeira íngreme para subir até chegar na Praça Luís de Camões, onde fica o apto inicialmente alugado por mim.
