What a clean and beautiful hotel. Location is a plus. The room was spacious and romantic.I got the room with view and was breathtaking. Staff was super attentive. Breakfast is included and it was not the typical continental breakfast you find in some Europe hotels. This was a complete buffet. Totally recommended

The hotel is perfectly located—right in the heart of Lisbon, close to shops, restaurants, and the metro, yet wonderfully quiet at night with no disturbance from the street. The property itself is spotless, modern, and offers an excellent breakfast to start the day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its remarkable staff. The location was fabulous! Right next to a lovely square with outdoor cafes and a quick walk to everything. The room was small but perfect for me. I enjoyed the fluffy bathrobe, nice view from the balcony, water in the room, and delicious breakfast each morning... The staff was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Our breakfast was NOT free. It was quite expensive but variety was wonderful. Room Was very clean and comfortable. The front desk/ reception staff were FANTASTIC—very helpful with everything including meal reservation with Fado, how to get to various attractions and shops and even with plane check in and taxis.

Everything you’d want in a hotel if you’re planning a weekend away to explore Lisbon - the rooms, staff, breakfast and location were all fantastic and the little touches (delivering a cupcake to our room on Halloween, the concierge waiting outside with an umbrella while it was raining) were unexpected but appreciated.

Outstanding location close to many of the attractions, key public transportation (tram, train and metro). The staff was super friendly and helpful!! Always smiling and in solution mode.
