The hotel is in a good location across from the famous Carmo Convert. But it took me a long time to find it the first time I came out from Rossio Metro Station. Part of it is because the streets are hilly and intertwined. Our room is clean and comfortable. The best part is the breakfast that has many choices and staff are super helpful and courteous. One disappointment was the check in. The front desk lady seemed to forget that I have been waiting in the dinning for a long time.

What a clean and beautiful hotel. Location is a plus. The room was spacious and romantic.I got the room with view and was breathtaking. Staff was super attentive. Breakfast is included and it was not the typical continental breakfast you find in some Europe hotels. This was a complete buffet. Totally recommended

The hotel is perfectly located—right in the heart of Lisbon, close to shops, restaurants, and the metro, yet wonderfully quiet at night with no disturbance from the street. The property itself is spotless, modern, and offers an excellent breakfast to start the day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its remarkable staff. Every team member goes above and beyond with genuine kindness, professionalism, and dedication, making guests feel not just welcomed but truly cared for. The location was fabulous! Right next to a lovely square with outdoor cafes and a quick walk to everything. The room was small but perfect for me. I enjoyed the fluffy bathrobe, nice view from the balcony, water in the room, and delicious breakfast each morning... The staff was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
