The room was clean and had all amenities as promised at the time of reservation. Great location, literally next to a bus/tram stop which was extremely helpful. The apartment building was clean and safe enough as well. Check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. One thing that was a little uncomfortable was the size of the bathroom and kitchenette especially the bathroom. The shower was really really small so having a shower in there was not fun. The kitchenette had enough storage space and supplies but the space was very limited to even pass through the area. Other than that the stay was very nice and comfortable. Other than

The property was premium and very clean, it had all the utilities I needed and the welcome care package was a nice treat. The apartment was of a high standard just as advertised and it did not disappoint. Modern furnishings and well kept. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is indeed in a great location – central, convenient, and easy to access. The interior design is tasteful and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room had all the necessary appliances, and we appreciated the small basket of snacks – a thoughtful touch. That said, your sleep experience will depend entirely on which side of the hotel your room is on. On some nights, it was perfectly calm; on others, street and transport noise made it difficult to rest. So, it really comes down to luck. Unfortunately, communication with the hotel was a major downside. Whether via WhatsApp, Expedia, or email, responses from the administration took hours – sometimes even days. This was especially frustrating when the water supply in our initial room was completely cut off on the very first day – no drinking water, no running water at all. It took several hours just to get any response from staff about the issue. Eventually, we were moved to a new room, but there was no upgrade or even a small gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience. Overall, while the place itself has strong potential, the lack of responsive communication and poor handling of issues significantly impacted the experience.

Just save yourself the headache, terrible communication, takes way too long just to get a code to the apartment. The apartment wasnt cleaned at all so be prepared to spend on another hotel. The whole experience was just a massive mess!
