My stay at the Luster Hotel in Lisbon was truly perfect from start to finish. The hotel has a stylish and modern atmosphere, the rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptional – friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything. The location is ideal, close to the city’s main attractions while still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and all the facilities were top-notch. I couldn’t fault a single thing – Luster Hotel made my Lisbon trip extra special, and I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay

This is our first time to Portugal and having booked the room for 3 people months in advance, we had quite forgotten what we were coming into. Getting here, it was about a 10 mins car ride from the airport. Despite us arriving at the hotel around 8am, our duplex room was ready by 11am…which was amazing. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and very modern. The buffet breakfast is out of this world with the plentiful hot food and cold spread selection, and on top of that, so many breakfast pastries and bread you can imagine. The duplex room on the 9th floor boasts an impressive outdoor balcony deck that is very deep and such a breath taking view of the city life and outdoor pool. While the gym itself is relatively small, both the indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful and the dry/wet saunas are a nice touch. The room itself is very clean, modern tvs where you can screen share from your mobile devices, and Smart Control light switches and window shades. Fantastic staff and hospitality and for the price paid, definitely worth it and I would highly recommend.

Amazing breakfasts

We stayed at Luster Hotel for 3 nights. The facilities were amazing, the room large and the clarins toiletries a lovely addition! The outdoor pool area was really lovely. The breakfasts were the best I've ever had at a hotel. So much choice and super quailty ingredients. Only downside is ots distance from the main square and historic town but the ubers are cheap enough!

We stayed with my colleagues there for team meeting. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the personal is very slow and complicated to communicate. In the meeting room is no flipchart and we knew about it in the night before our meeting, by sayin we have only Chromecast ( which is btw noone knew how to connect and its didnt work). Also the food selection for more than 2 days to stay is very poor, its mean s thay wehad to eat the same dish almost every day. And portuguese slow service is not working for them, mostly against. We wouldnt choose this hotel for our next meeting.

Little things letting the side down

Overall we had a great time at the hotel, and the facilities were good, spa for example. However, if we had one observation, food at breakfast was never hot, tepid at most and the coffee in reception (nice touch by the way) was most of the time cold. Reception staff very helpful

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, generosity, and genuine care. Every member of staff — from the front desk to the incredible porters — went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. There were so many lovely complimentary touches: chocolates, pastries, even souvenirs — it felt like we were constantly being surprised and looked after. My daughter was treated with such kindness and attention; it truly made the experience unforgettable for both of us. Having stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world, I can honestly say this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. While there were a couple of very minor things (the bathroom could have used a little more ventilation, the indoor pool was on the chilly side, and a few pillows were a bit lumpy), they were small details that didn’t take away from what was an otherwise perfect stay. We are already planning to return next year and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you again for such a magical stay — 10/10!
