I had no idea what FLH stood for until I arrived; Feels Like Home! And it does! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the room was clean and cozy and each day's breakfast was spectacular in the most beautiful room. This is a very hillly part of Lisbon so be prepared. Our room had a lovely view. Great bifana's are across the street and I can highly recommend Madame Bacchus for drinks and dinner and live music when they have it, just steps from the hotel. Good location, close to everything.

Amazing staff, very clean and spacious rooms! Breakfast was excellent and of very high-quality and they served homemade cake everyday at 2PM. It was genuinely one of the best European hotels I have ever stayed at.

This hotel was perfect for my group. The 2nd floor Living Room with complimentary coffee, tea, and cakes was the perfect area where we can all relax together after a long day of exploring. Memoria provided a space to gather together like an apartment but with the luxery of hotel quality service, cleanliness, and security. We would definitely stay here again. Note that some of the Deluxe Double rooms require going up a flight of stairs.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and seemed newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and we had a small seating area with a sofa and a refrigerator. Nice balcony with a good view. The breakfast was adequate, but started late for us. (8am, we start our mornings earlier) Convenient location for sightseeing around old town. Reception was very helpful arranging transpo to train station. Would be happy to stay there again

Superb hotel & location

Chose this hotel based on location and previous reviews. Couldn't have been happier! Location is perfect for exploring tourist attractions and easy access to Metro to venture further afield. Hotel had a very calming atmosphere, lovely breakfast and bonus of a lounge area to relax later in the day, while enjoying a slice of cake. What more cod you ask for. Highly recommended
