This property is lying about their listing. Firstly: there is no daily housekeeping. This is false information. They apparently take out the bins and make the bed. On the first day they didn’t even take out the bins. Therefore the whole room is messy and gross by and of stay. Totally understandable if this is communicated beforehand — but the listing states daily housekeeping so this is false. Secondly: there is no one onsite. I had queries on Saturday night and literally no one responded for one full hour and then never tried to rectify the situation? Embarrassing level of customer support considering no one is on site. Thirdly: weird vibe. Because there is no lobby weird people linger in the entrance way and if there are any issues (safety or otherwise good luck). Interesting concept to test out as I really liked the easy checkin and there were no issues with PIN code. But clearly Numa are only focusing on efficiency and zero customer service. Would not recommend any of these properties.

We stayed in the Extra Large studio with kitchenette and it was a great stay! The room is very spacious and the kitchen is well equiped. General signs of use and wear, but overall well kept and great service. Highly recommend. Didnt require any help or to contact staff. Hotel is in a really convenient location for public transport, and walkable to attractions and stores.

Overall, a wonderful experience. The hotel is very new and considering there is no actual desk staff on-site, communication about how to find the hotel, check in/out, and store luggage was pretty good. However, they do text you or use WhatsApp so you'll need to make sure you have wireless service abroad, or you'll be out of luck. I only have two complaints. First, we reserved a room with a terrace. However, when we checked in, our room had no terrace but instead had a kitchenette, and upon checking our last contact from Numa I found we had been "upgraded" to a studio room. I'd rather have had the terrace and would have appreciated being informed that I wasn't getting one if it wasn't available. Second, there was a long hair on one of our clean towels at check-in. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable and the location is convenient to restaurants, transportation, etc. Free on-site storage for luggage was a huge plus, as we arrived early and didn't want to drag our bags around until check-in. We didn't use the on-site laundry facilities but were glad they were there if we'd needed them.

The property was in great condition. The free snacks and drinks were a lovely touch. It was quick and easy to access additional amenities. Cleaning staff were polite. The TV casting didn’t work but that was a tiny problem. Appreciate the code security system to enter the building and room, versus keys/ card key. Team were responsive over messages.

I could not access streaming on t.v. & could not get stove to work properly. I also had trouble with shower when I first arrived. I could not figure out how to turn it on. There is a virtual reception desk you access via what’s app but every time you contact them you have to start from scratch bc they don’t remember you or keep track of the issues you had. It was very frustrating because my issues with the tv and stove were not resolved.

I had difficulty completing the mandatory online check-in, which prevented me from entering the hotel. I called the hotel, and they refused to assist despite being right outside the hotel and providing my name and confirmation code ( which they confirmed in their system over the phone). It was 11 p.m. at night, and I had to book a new hotel down the street. The hotel rejected a refund or even a partial refund. Extremely disappointing experience, and I felt I had essentially been robbed. DO NOT BOOK

Clean no-fuss Luxury

Highly recommend Numa as a self-serve hotel - clean, luxurious, lots included like welcome snacks and drinks, espresso pods in the room, and free laundry room -- not in a touristy location, easy access to bus and metro, i took walks in all directions- felt very safe. Hotels.com does NOT provide the confirmation number you need to check in: the only place I had it was a casual reference in the request for paying the city tax in the email from Numa. Then, enter that Numa number (mine ended with -1, that's part of it) to check in. I had trouble with it and thank goodness for super friendly Numa staff that happened to be there when i was trying to gain access.

Lovely apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However Numa were hard to get hold of during our stay. We contacted them regarding maintenance in our room where the maintenance person left our balcony door wide open all day whilst we were out. Their customer service were totally useless and indifferent about this. Additionally on my return from Portugal, Numa emailed saying they’ve potentially had a data breach and I am getting bombarded daily on WhatsApp and via mobile by people claiming to be from Numa asking me for my bank details. They even know the exact dates of my stay. So unfortunately, the likelihood of me using Numa ever again is 0.

Overall the property was clean and conveniently located (close to Rato Station). Access to a laundry room was great. The ground floor unit we were on had a terrace which was nice, except for it being a bit noisy as it faced a back alley. The table on the terrace was also broken when we arrived.

Good location, close to Metro and walkable (if fit) to centre. Family smart room, though a bit on small size. Nice terrace, even if we didn't use it. Main drawbacks was there was no housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Had some issues adjusting AC that they didn't fix. Guess the time of AI communication is here to stay, but still prefer a real human.

Great room and location

Amazing place and perfect location with many amenities. Unfortunately my room did not have the balcony which I should had so make sure you choose the correct room when you book if you want the balcony. Highly recommended!
