Everything has to be done on the app the check in the codes to go in and out of the building and the problem of the app ( Not an app like they said its on their website) was slow never work for me we add to call to let us in on a really bussssy street with no place to park the car now the person who help us was really nice and helpful

The location of this hotel is great, and the staff were lovely. Beyond that we did not have the best experience here. The parking garage was insanely tight, if you do not have a very small car you likely wouldn't fit down. Our room had many many ants in it one morning and when we told reception they never addressed it after they said they would. We came back to our room after a long day out and there was more than before we left. We were very grossed out by this. We ended up moving rooms thankfully, so great the were able to do that.... when we got to the new room, no hot water in the shower! Bad luck I guess. I would consider staying somewhere else in the area. The area itself is great but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Apartment room is spotless clean with everything needed. Front persons are very nice and helpful for anything. Location was great with many cafes and restaurants nearby and walkable. Grocery/convenience store is located next door which was very handy. Only potential issue for light sleepers are road noise, as the apartment is facing to the main road that has constant traffic even in the late night. Noisy guests were there at near-by restaurant in the late night for the weekend.

There was a pre-arrival notice about the auto check-in system, and everything from building entry to elevator access was managed with a PIN code. I was a bit confused at first, but once I got used to it, it was quite convenient. The room was clean and spacious, with no issues at all. The kitchen was well-equipped, so I cooked pasta using some canned food I bought nearby. The location is also very convenient for shopping.
