The hotel itself is nice. However, some of the staff members, namely, Fayaz, was extremely rude and has no idea about how to deal with hotel guests. He should not be in the hospitality business. The mini bar in the room was not working, and they would not replace it. My wife and I, both seniors, had to get ice from the bar twice a day to make sure my medicine did not go bad. There is a coffee maker in the room; however, and to my surprise, the hotel charges for coffee buds and tea bags beyond the first day, which I have never heard of before.

Overall a good stay, with nice and helpful staff and so. The rooftop pool was nice. Only 2 things really stood out as bad. 1. We had a spill in the room and when we wiped it up the towel became very dirty. Hopefully that's just a one-off occurrence with such a dirty floor. 2. The sauna didn't function properly as parts of the heating element wasn't actually heating, and some of the hot air escapes to a very noticeable gap in the wall and from the door not fully closing.
