I was disappointed that in the past there were drinks in the fridge as part of the complementary mini bar were no longer available. I have stayed at that hotel many times over the years and it was always great to have the included drinks so it was disappointing that it was no longer included. I’ll have a look at other hotels and what they offer as this hotel no longer provides the same service.

Very beautiful room! Delicious breakfast and the ambiance is amazing. Loved the views from our room! The room was very luxe with auto curtains, sound proof rooms, modern deep green decor and high quality soaps and lotions. I would stay here a million times over! 10/10 highly recommend!

Lighting can improve particularly in the gym which is extremely dark. The location is very convenient with only minutes walk to all types of transportation including Metro, tram and train. It takes less than 45 minutes to go to the airport by Metro with one transfer. Cruise terminal is also within walking distance.

We only used the rooms which were clean with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bathrobes, slippers and coffee machine. No milk for coffee though. There is a fridge with water provided. Check-in etc all very good. our room faced the Square so sometimes the noise from tram tracks might cause disturbance in the night. Location is central with good options. Used taxis to get around LX factory, Belem etc. we didn't try the food, bar or spa so can't comment on that. Would recommend for a short stay.

The room was too hot at night. I tried to have the temperature reduced but it didn't work. The coffee maker was impossible to use. It was on a high shelf and I couldn't move it lower. Couldn't get the pods to work. But it was a great location and the staff was helpful

The pro is the location, right in where you want to be, close to all the famous sights in Lisbon, Rossio metro and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The problems were the rooms. We had to switch a room because the shower curtain didn’t hold the shower in so the water spilled out to the floor. The other room had problem with the shower enclosure too. The furnitures are all made of iron. Why on earth! So watch out don’t hit yourself. And the cell phones and tablets all stick to the table surface because of the magnet. There is also a big old dial phone taking up the precious table space. The toilet flush is weak but the toilet paper is thick, a bad combination. The rooms also need more power outlets. The rooms honestly need a renovation to fit the more modern lifestyle of the travelers.

The hotel was a very cool place, maybe a bit dark for me but in a perfect area-close to most things. There are lots of restaurants & coffee places near by. The first room we had (108) was a very strange room with no room to put things down The bed took up most of the room hence you couldn't walk around the bed- had to climb over the bottom of the bed to get into the other side of bed plus a step to navigate - it was so impractical & difficult! The shower is also not the best as it makes such a mess on the floor. Plus there is quite a bit of noise from places below being on the 1st floor. But thankfully they moved us the next day to another room which was so much better. The breakfast is very good value.
