It was a perfect stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in a central area, close to shopping and Central square,with plenty of dining options. The room maintenance was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. In the hotel lobby, tea and coffee are available around the clock, including cakes and cookies. The breakfast is excellent, and what was important is that they constantly checked that everything was available and added more as needed. In one word, recommended.

Urbana FLH Hotels Lisboa clearly exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 9am from the rain and cold outside, and Felipe at the front desk was most welcoming. He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When he was not able to find a room available at that hour for the category that we have booked, he upgraded us to another room that was available, thus allowing us to check in early. He also invited us to enjoy the wonderful breakfast! The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to many of the attractions in Lisbon. The room is clean, simple and tasteful. The hotel serves delicious cakes, pastries and cookies along with tea and coffee during the afternoon, which added to the enjoyment especially after a long day of touring and sightseeing. FLH stands for Feels Like Home and they truly live up to their slogan!

Rooms 25 and 26 are attic rooms. They are spacious and nice but they have 20 stairs above the last elevator floor. This is inconvenient luggage, elderly or mobility reduced. Wish we would have known.

Great room, top floor, bright and quiet. Breakfast was really satisfying with a lot of choices. We loved the 24 hour coffee/tea sweet treats. Location was perfect, really central without being on the ‘strip’. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location and walkable to most things. It is in the heart of downtown with many restaurants, cafes and attractions nearby. The breakfast was great as are the staff. The rooms are very small, but fine since we were out most of the time. I would stay again.
