Excellent stay in Lisbon

Hotel was above expectations. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. It had a separate living room area with a sofa and desk. A full size dining table with a mini kitchen that included bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. All cutlery and dishes were supplied as well. The added bonus of the separate bedroom completed the luxury stay. The hotel offered breakfast as well but we did not opt in as there were so many local places near by. Location to local transportation was excellent very easy to get around. Close to metro and bus stops. Less then 30 minute bus ride to airport.

Weekend break in Lisbon

Extremely comfortable stay in this hotel. Room was very clean, furnishings and bedding good quality and having both living and sleeping space in a city location was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed. The hotel is easy to find from the metro and there is a bus stop outside. However, it is also possible to walk to the historic areas through some interesting streets and gardens. There are at least three supermarkets within five minutes for provisions as there are simple cooking facilities in the room plus crockery and dining space. There are also restaurants , many with international cuisine and bakeries with café spaces within a few minutes too. So plenty of choice for a tourist. I will be recommending this hotel to any friends intending on visiting Lisbon.

The staff at the reception desk are friendly and are very helpful. We were greeted warmly after a long trip to Lisbon, and the check in went smoothly. We had also kept our bags for a week with them as we were in another destination before arriving, and they were kept safely. Our room was really cold, and after we complained, they didn't hesitate to find us another room quickly, we didn't end up needing it as the heater started working shortly after. My wife asked for a kettle as there wasn't one in our room to make a hot beverage, and they kindly found us one. Overall we would have recommended this hotel to all our family and friends if they are going to visit Lisbon in the future but what will hold us back is theft. We read a few reviews before booking here that mentioned housekeeping thefts and we thought it would not affect us, and therefore we took precautions and locked all our money, cameras and passports in the safe to avoid any issues. However I didn't think I would have to secure a perfume bottle. We looked everywhere the last night we packed to go back to Canada but couldn't find it. The only logical explanation was the housekeeping that came had stolen it. It was in the cupboard until they had come. Housekeeping didn't even change any towels or clean. The beds were only made and the perfume was stolen. For that reason I won't be letting anyone know about this hotel, I urge the administration to review who you have hired lately that is causing these thefts.

Excellent hotel and staff. Large rooms really do provide a remarkable stress release when travelling. Area around the hotel has a variety of dining options as well as grocery stores.Certainly will stay here again whenever in Lisbon.

Loved our stay here. The hotel smelled AMAZING, after 1am they lock the doors. You need a key to get in elevator. Really impressed by the staff, cleanliness and overall experience. Will definitely be back.

The property is very clean and centrally located near stores and restaurants. It is about a 9 minute walk from the metro blue line. There are quite a few Asian restaurants specifically in this area. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The staff knows the area very well and can give good recommendations.

Worst customer service ever

I have been traveling across the globe for the past 10 years. I’ve never seen such a bad service in my whole life. The team who is working there doesn’t know what Customer Service means. They don’t know that their job is to support their client not the exact opposite.
