Great location and welcoming

Great little hotel in a wonderful location. Jessica at the front desk was amazing giving us recommendations of local restaurants. She was very friendly and made our experience in Lisbon even more enjoyable.

Adored this hotel! The staff really make this place. Huge thanks to the ladies on reception who couldn't do enough for us and to the manager at checkout who was brilliant. Great room, fantastic location, close to everywhere, including being round the corner from Bifanas do Afonso. Plus, we had one of the best breakfasts ever at the hotel. The chef and lady serving at the till were so great! Can't recommend this place enough. Five stars all round. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and very clean! Bathroom amenities were great. Quiet area and close to main Lisboa attractions as well as plenty of amazing restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful as well. Great hotel, I would stay again.

Excellent stay, very welcoming staff

Our stay was excellent, the location was perfect, quiet but still very much walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, shops, etc. Can't say enough good things about the staff either, as soon as we've let them know that our flight back got cancelled, Bernard, the manager, did not hesitate for one sec to help us out (he offered a late check out if need be). We ended up staying an extra night and they were very accommodating. Everything was clean everytime we came back to our room at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Lisbon!

All the front desk was so helpful. speacially the very first day of my Lisbon, Jessica the front desk receptionist welcomed me very well and provided me all the useful information. She arranged laundary me, was great help for me. All the night evening staff and evening staff was really helpful. Its my bad i wanted to mention every single staff member name but unfortunately i forgot the name. All girls and one guy front desk all really good. Only one thing made me disappointmnet was not having coffee machine and a small refregerator in the room. i did not know that if i choose COSY room option then i am not getting coffee machine and refrigerator. For me both are very basic necessatiies when you stay in the hotel. Regardless the price ofthe room, both these items should be in the room. I can not imagin my life without coffee. Yes they have one coffee machine on ground floor but it is not same as having coffee right away in the room when you wake up. Restaurant- Loraine the front desk desk help at restaurant was very polite, humble and very accomodating. The only one thing i need to add the option c Vegan breakfast not enough for a person. Choices are not as of option A but at same price.

I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel but I was happy and very satisfied with my overall experience. The hotel’s location is very central. Outstanding hotel staff- friendly, very accommodating and helpful. My hotel room was clean with spacious bathroom, comfortable pillows and mattress. Westlight Lisboa Madalena is highly recommended to solo travelers, couples and families alike. I truly had a pleasant stay at this hotel and will stay here again when I return to Lisbon.

A great place to visit Lisbon for 3 to 4 days. Spacious room but unfortunately no place to get your clothes and store it while staying there. They could use an armoire. Would that the place would be excellent for longer stay

A great stay — a very new facility, situated in the most ideal and perfect location. Near Rossio square, harborfront, Rua Augusta, St. George's Castle etc. Rooms were spacious, and bathrooms were large and sumptuous. Very good breakfast provided in attached coffeeshop. This was an amazing hotel, a great value. Shout out to Front Desk's "Maria," she was gracious and friendly and very helpful, she helped me with a cab ride and directions, etc. And provided me with a "to go" breakfast on the morning I was checking out. This place is a "10."

I loved that I was so close to everything I wanted to do! During my Lisbon stay, I only had to Uber from the airport upon arrival and to the train upon my departure, though I'm sure I could have figured out the metro. Also, I had a birthday during my stay, and as I was checking out, I was told that they had prepared something special for me at breakfast that I couldn't enjoy because of my travel schedule. I loved that they took the time to notice!

Really cool, small, and new boutique property in the middle of Lisbon. Property is really clean and well-equipped. Rooms are small as expected for a boutique hotel in an older building, but they're very well furnished and modern with USB ports and plenty of power. Location is beyond perfect. Walkable to everything including metro and long distance train stations. Staff seemed genuinely happy to see you whenever you came back and when you checked in/out.
