Discover our cosy holiday home, which offers you an ideal retreat for your holiday. This lovingly furnished domicile promises enough space for up to five people to enjoy a relaxing break. It is our top priority that you can fully relax and unwind away from the stresses and strains of everyday life. Our house is also characterised by a strict non-smoking policy and is not suitable for dogs or other pets out of consideration for allergy sufferers.

Inside, the spacious living room with a living area of approx. 32 m² invites you to linger, equipped with a cosy couch corner consisting of a two - two seater couch and an armchair. In addition, a separate area with two armchairs offers space for reading and relaxation. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped - including ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a variety of kitchen utensils. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom are available for a good night's sleep, each lovingly furnished and equipped with a lockable wardrobe. The house also has a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate guest WC, complemented by practical amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

The outdoor area of our holiday home offers the perfect setting for cosy hours in the fresh air of the Volcanic Eifel with a terrace, barbecue facilities and full seating. An idyllic meadow directly behind the house invites you to relax and play and rounds off the charming exterior appearance of our non-smoking holiday home.

The area surrounding the holiday home in the "Oberes Kylltal" recreation area in the recognised tourist resort of Lissendorf is a true paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts. Whether it's extensive cycle tours on well-developed cycle paths, challenging hikes through the picturesque landscape of the Volcanic Eifel or adventures at the Nürburgring - the region offers the right activity for every taste. In addition, numerous historic cities such as Aachen and Koblenz invite you to enjoy cultural excursions. The town itself boasts a good infrastructure including a bakery, grocery shop, medical care and a direct railway connection.
