A stone's throw from the village of Lit et Mixe, your comfortable gîte, Landes cottage style, will be the base camp for your vacation between beach and forest. Cycling is your best asset here for going to the daily market in season and directly to the Cap de l'Homy beach, certainly one of the most preserved on the Landes coast, via the specially designed cycle path. Back at the cottage you will have a real comfortable traditional house with living room (2-seater convertible), equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 4 beds 90), 2 bathrooms with toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave. Linens provided. Reversible air conditioning in the living room. Gite without floor. Outside private terrace, garden furniture.
