Fishing is great year-round, with a public access to lauch boats one half mile away. Just 8 minutes away, Litchfield has a golf course, quaint shops, and numerous parks, including the beautiful Anderson Gardens, next to Legion Memorial Park with its extensive playground for kids.

This property is really nice. Clean fully stocked kitchen, that has been recently updated. The windows to watch the sunset are really nice. The outside patio could have been really useful, we didn't get to enjoy it much as the gnats were really bad( no fault of the property, they were really bad everywhere!)
