Not a great start
We walked into condo and there was large stains throughout it. Went into bathroom that had double beds and the toilet seat was broke. Found someone’s medicine bottle and nuts throughout.
I am not a clean freak but there is no way that I would leave stains that big and bright . I was afraid to let anyone walk barefoot on carpet. I instantly took pictures throughout and sent to management and , reply was, yes we know about stains . The maintainer man( very nice) put on a new toilet lid the following morning. Honestly, wanted more room but really should of stayed in hotel on the beach. We was drilled over and over through emails telling us what to do, do this and do that before we leave the property. Very upsetting, because we walked into a place that looked like a huge party was thrown and someone got sick. Just disappointed on arrival to property but made the best of it with the family. I have been very reluctant to speak up but I could never rent a property out and not keep it looking fresh.
