The staff members at this hotel were extremely kind and helpful. While some of the amenities, such as the television, did not work in my room, the staff took my concern seriously and listened to it. Overall, the hotel was really clean as well.

Staff was very accommodatin and friendly. Room was clean and very nice at check-in. On Sat. we went out for lunch. Got back to the room about 1:45. Room had not been cleaned yet. Lady at desk said it would be a little while befor cleaned. We went to lobby to wait. Cheked room after 45 miutes. Finally went to room at 4:20. Still not clean. We canged and left room about 5:30. Told lady our room was still a mess. Thankfully room was clean when returned. Seems to me rooms that
