🛠️ GUEST ACCESS

This is a two-story 18-unit apartment building. There is a shared parking lot for only building guests, and of course the interior hallways to access the various units are accessible to all guests.

Additionally, as with all apartments, the units share walls and either a floor or ceiling with another unit. Therefore, you may hear noise from neighboring units. We provide white noise sound machines in each unit to ensure a restful night`s sleep.

Guests have exclusive access to only Unit 16 during their stay.

This Unit is located on the second floor, and there is a handicap accessible ramp from the parking lot. There is no elevator provided to access the upstairs.

The host is available via phone, text, or booking platform messaging. Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. Messaging on the booking platform is preferred and is likely to give quicker responses.

A $50.00 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.

We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property.
