Great customer service. Landscaping is great, breakfast is good, the 4th floor where we stayed is immaculate. Overall would recommend. It is being remodeled however I only knew because they had plastic covering an area. Other than that, no real indications or inconveniences.

Another hotel renovation

Hotel was under renovation, so the paint smell was heavy since it was going on the 1st floor. Had trouble getting into our room each day, we were there for 5 days and our keys had to be reprogrammed each day. Room and beds were nice and comfortable. Hope they get finished with their renovation soon. On the way to this hotel from Houston TX, we spent the night in Texarkana TX and that hotel was also under renovation, but it was not in good condition at all.

Poor housekeeping , everything else was fine

Found a pill, underwear, socks, hair brush and earpods from previous guests about the room that housekeeping missed. There was also a lack of fitted sheet and only 2 pillows for a room with a queen and a pullout sofa
