Staff was very friendly. Room was fine. Breakfast was as expected. The elevator was a bit sketchy. Location is right next to a highway but the hotel was surprisingly well buffered from that noise. However, the room walls are so thin that my neighbor’s snoring woke me up repeatedly

We came to Little Rock from Albuquerque, New Mexico (we drove) for the AGAPE conference at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ and the folks at Springhill Suites made us feel right at home. We had a great stay and hope to be back next year!

When I went to check in, I was told that my room that I booked (double queen) was not available and that it will be switched to a King. When I asked why, I was told that the room choice for their hotel was not guaranteed, only that I would have a room unless I was a Marriott Gold member. The manager also said that “it is in the fine print on Marriott website.” When I said I booked through Expedia she said “Oh well I don’t know about that. They lie about a lot of things on there.” Overall this was very unpleasant and I can say with full confidence I will not be staying at a Springhill Suites again.

Honest Hotel Review

Staff overall were pleasant and accommodating. The only issue I had was bugs entering into the hotel room. I killed 3 bugs in total during my stay. I spoke with one of the staff members and she stated she will inform management. On the other hand, the room was clean. The mattress was not as comfortable especially for a Marriott Hotel stay.
