The reception staff was very help the woman explained about what the hotel had to offer. The room was massive and the bed was so comfy. It was very clean lots of towels, pillows and the the room temperature was perfect. The shower has excellent pressure and was nice and hot. Very nice room with everything you need and a confortable bed. Nice area 2 minutes walk from Mathew Street and 10 minutes from Liverpool One Bus Station. The bar at the hotel is very nice and well equipped, and made a fine coffee.
