Great location, ideal if visiting Liverpool FC. Comfortable bed although the mattress could do with turning, quite quiet. BUT....parking is not on site it is street parking. We didn't move the car so not sure if there's any parking problems. Full equipped kitchen it is not. Has oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle but only 1 saucepan and 2 frying pans, 1 dirty which we were told was going to be cleaned still dirty 2 days later, between the 2 kitchens. No oven gloves, t towels, washing up liquid. We, luckily, took our own baking trays or we wouldn't have been able to cook the pizzas we had brought. The fridge in our kitchen was broken. When we arrived we had no toilet seat, evidently the previous occupants had broken it. Despite having 4 hours between check out and our check in the seat wasn't replaced even though it would've taken 10 minutes to do so. We were told the seat would be replaced 1st thing the following day, it wasn't. We were offered to move but because we were told the seat was being replaced we didn't move although we did wonder why we weren't put in the alternative room before we arrived. We did find what we presume was the broken seat in the kitchen so used that because we received no further communication from the host after messaging to say the seat hadn't been replaced. WIFI didn't work, the network didn't even show. We found the router but still couldn't make it work, we did mention this to the host all they did was repeat the information
