Firstly excellent location to central Liverpool. The staff were awesome from the concierge, reception, cleaning team and bar staff. I would suggest that the rooms need the addition of a small fridge, extractor fan in the bathroom and there was no safe in our room, as a consequence, I marked the room accordingly.
