Best hotel in Liverpool

I stay here regularly I find it well positioned for walking and public transport. It has excellent on site parking, which is rare in Liverpool. The staff at the hotel hit absolutely the right level of friendliness and being accommodating. The restaurant serves great food at a reasonable price. All round a fabulous hotel.

Location was excellent for proximity to centre of Liverpool. Only problem was seeing rats around the waterways at night time. Probably inevitable at the side of a major waterway.

Just stayed 1 night for the Joe Bonamassa gig at the M&S arena.Accommodation/facilities fine.Had a quick dinner at the hotel which was very good and done quickly for us because we hadn't much time.Staff were SO VERY helpful and friendly especially Rose & Sofia in the restaurant.

Warm crowns plaza

Air conditioning a little loud and not effective at cooling room. Moan about the cut off times for kids at the pool. We choose to stay there for the pools but could not use them as it was adults only after 7pm.

The properties location was petfect and had on site parking which was great. We had a club room which was worth the upgrade as canopes and drinks for 2 hours was very nice. The swimming pool was very busy so didn't use this, didn't like the fact i had to book prior but it was Easter Holidays so think yoh have to accept that. Overall we will back.

Staff make this hotel. From check-in, the executive lounge, the pool (booked a free slot) to the housekeeping. All lovely and genuinely friendly. Stayed in the White Star Suite, which had a great view and access to the lounge, one of the best lounge offerings with drinks and appitizers we've stayed in the UK. Also included some spirits served by the friendly host who you can tell loved his job looking after everyone. We will definitely return.
