Room was clean we were upgraded to larger apartment (10) before check in so very spacious. Stayed as family for theatre trip after Christmas, the location is very central but next to nightclubs so it was loud! This is clearly aimed at groups for clubbing, you could see some wear and tear to walls and furniture in the apartment.

The smell from the drain in the bathroom was unbearable, it made the bathroom unusable. I sent a message to epic but was not responded to. Overall the apartment was very tired, holes in carpets, sofa stained, stains on tiles in bathroom, seating area broken. The was also a terrible smell of sick. We stayed with family and it is clearly not for that purpose

Too noisy. The description on Hotels.com doesn't mention that it is right above 2 night clubs. Good location for teenagers going out on a party but not adapted to a family trip.

This place was 'epic' super easy to access and the apartment was gorgeous. Perfect for a night away. Bed was comfy and the shower was brilliant and super hot...could have stayed in there for ages ❤️ the check in process was easy too.

We wanted more equipment in the kitchen, just 5 glass, no wine glass. Need to fill up the kitchen things.The Wi-Fi was bad. Was hardly work in the kitchen/livingroom. Good things was two large bedroom 2 very good bathroom. Clean apartment and nearby everything.

The check in and out process was very efficient, good communication. The apartment was lovely and central. It was perfect for a getaway with friends. Our only complaint was the music from nearby bars on till 5am. However, this is not something the apartment has control over, and to be expected with the location.

Wouldn’t book again, but good location

The flat looked like it had been torn up. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, scuff marks and scratches on the walls, shoddy maintenance work which left horrible scratches, scuffed skirting boards. There was ONE prosecco glass and no wine glasses. Which doesn’t sound like a problem but when you arrive for a girls trip away and two people have to drink out of tumblers, it takes the fun out of it. The magnetic release on the man entrance door sometimes didn’t work. The maintenance guy came into our flat while we were out and pulled the handle off one of our bathroom doors (why were you in the bathroom?). They sent someone round to fix it and said there had been a mix up and thought we had checked out. But our coats and shoes were in the hallway so he would have seen them when he entered immediately so why then use the bathroom?! The 50% security deposit is not immediately obvious when you book so that’s a fun surprise too. Saving grace of this place is the location. Right in the middle of the bars and pubs so great for the night life but everything else, poor effort.

Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Located walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check in was a little clunky as a tenancy agreement needs to be signed and additional credit card details provided, however once that’s all done the codes to get in were promptly provided.
