The rooms were a good size, clean and with good facilities. The bed was large and comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean, hotel staff so polite, helpful and welcoming. Parking no problem and bus service into anfield opposite hotel. Good breakfast on offer too. Definitely stay again.

Was dubious about booking as it was a drive away from Liverpool but couldn’t have asked for a nicer, cleaner room. Free parking was a nice touch. We didn’t dine at the hotel during our stay but the food other guests had while we were at the bar looked lovely. Breakfast was self serve and was okay for the price. Only downside was no bath - but that’s just me being picky!

Never stay here again

No one ar the reception desk when i arrived. No tv remote control in the room had to request one from reception. Cracked bathroom sink which would not hold water. Lumpy old bed that felt it would break soon

Beds very comfortable. No phone in room to call down to reception which would have come in useful as there was only 1 bath towel in the room and there were two of us in the room. No toilet brush and shower head was broken too.

It's a nice place to stay

Staff was very nice and helpful I had a little issue with the sofa bed not having any sheets or quilt so went the front desk and spoke to staff and the manager came up personally and offered to set the sofa bed up he also apologised which was very nice of him he said if there was anything else to ask at the front desk. The place is a nice place just needs a little work done to it as my tap in bathroom was wobbly and the carpet was a little bit dirty with stain apart from the the stay was nice.

Liverpool visit

On arrival at Reception Kelvin (I think?) was most helpful as we discussed our visit to Liverpool. Offering excellent advice on travelling and parking options in the city. Our room was clean and the outside corridors were pleasantly fragrant. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place to stay, price is great compared to other hotels nearby and the room was spacious, clean plus the bed was comfy. Fully recommend. Only downside is they don't offer lunch time food which is a shame.

Great hotel and friendly staff, especially as we booked at a great price for the night! Really impressed and would stay again.

This was our 2nd visit within 5 weeks so very little changed. Very clean room and public areas but only drawback was a slight damp smell in corridor oitside our room but the room itself was fine. Quite a few dogs staying while we were there but all was good, no problems. Ate in the hotel in the evening; pizza was delicious. Buffet breakast the next morning was good apart from not being hot enough Once again staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Very warm welcome, attentive staff, room clean but needs modernising, starters and mains arrived together at dinner, heating not working, after 2 trips to reception a heater was provided, lovely breakfast but extremely slow to replenish
