Good location

Great location opposite theatre and restaurants. Comfortable bed good tea tray and toioetries had iron in room and safe Room at back 3rd floor needs updating looking bit tired. Shower over bath good but controls out of reach easily when u are standing lin bath to use it .could do with a hand bar to hold when getting in and out .

Fantastic hotel, brilliant friendly and professional staff. Even before my trip hotel contacted me to check if I had any specific requirements. The room was modern, clean and had the biggest bathroom/wetroom I’ve had in any hotel. There was a problem with aircon waking me in the early hours, hotel couldn’t have been more apologetic and immediately wiped of the cost of breakfast. All this for little more than the price of a certain chain hotel room! Best of all, straight across the road from Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Can’t wait to return!
