Great apartment for a city break

Great location, short drive or train into the city. Easy to find. Has everything you need, perfect. The communication with the property managers was exceptional from start to finish and even met at the property rather than a lock box, they are 10/10.

Wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Anbieter My Property host gemacht deswegen können wir diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten 3 Tage und 3 Nächte lang einen Alarm (wie einen Feueralarm) im Haus Flur klingeln der so laut war dass die Schlafzimmer nicht benutzbar waren. Der Anbieter hat sich erst nach 6 Stunden und mehreren anrufen überhaupt gekümmert dann festgestellt dass er den Alarm nicht ausstellen kann. Er hat uns keine Alternative oder finanzielle Unterstützung angeboten. Wir halten dies für einen Bruch der AGB. Und haben uns beschwert.Die Wohnung war aufgrund des Feuer Alarmes für uns kaum nutzbar. Außerdem:Die Möbel sind billig und wackelig.In einem Zimmer gab es ein mit Tape zugeleitet ca. 15cm grosses Loch im Putz.Die meisten Sachen in der Küche waren nicht sauber und klebrig. Die Pfanne und einen Topf nicht benutzbar wegen eingebrannten Essensresten.Eine Glühbirne fehlte und es dauerte mehrere Tage bis diese ersetzt wurde.Das Sofa war unsauber und unbequem und ließ sich nicht als Schlafsofa verwenden da es bei Belastung umfiel.Der Parkplatz ist matschig.Der Garten ist zu einem Garagenplatz offen wo Menschen ihren Spermüll hinwerfen.Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau und kühlt sehr schnell aus.Man kann die Wohnungstür nur zuziehen, nicht abschließen (nicht Sicher!).Die Haustür steht oft offen.Im Hausflur waren Glasspliter.Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.Leider hat uns fewo direkt auch nicht zielführend unterstüt
