Hostile host

This host advertized as a pet friendly property, but on the day of check in, refused service to us because we had our dog. She refused to do even a partial refund and after VRBO agreed that the property had been misadvertized and issued a full refund to us, she proceeded to call me a liar. I have been using VRBO for years and have never had a host behave this way. It was crazy.

The apartment is quite spacious and beautifully decorated.The owner is friendly and available if needed. It is only a few blocks from downtown Livingston. There are two flat screen TVs. Well worth the price.

Great location and Cozy!

The property is located in town and within walking distance to shops, movie theater, performing arts theaters, bars, restaurants, churches, city parks, and much more! The property was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook-in: pots, pans, utensils, crock pot, etc. The hostess was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

Host has been great, didn't end up staying due to lack of availability

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay here as there was a glitch in VRBO's system and the property wasn't actually available when I booked it. The host has been very communicative and apologetic from the beginning and throughout the process of getting a refund issued.
