Villa Perla

Villa Perla is a beautiful traditional Istrian villa, completely renovated from its 100-year-old foundations, located within walking distance of the picturesque village of Šišan where you can find a selection of restaurants and access to local amenities. In typical Istrian style with its stone architecture, Villa Perla has maintained its traditional style while mixing in some modern elements.
This private villa for rent consists of two separate houses that share a courtyard with a private heated swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, ideal for large families or a group of friends. To make the most of their outdoor living, guests can enjoy the covered terrace with a comfortable lounge, a built-in barbecue and a covered outdoor dining area.
The main house has an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms with king-size beds, two single bedrooms with large single beds (120x200), two shared bathrooms with showers and a guest toilet.
The second house also has an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two double bedrooms with double beds and two shared bathrooms with showers.
The private outdoor pool can also be heated upon request for an additional fee of €150 per week (to be paid on spot). The villa also has a Finnish sauna with access from the terrace. The historic town of Pula is also a 15-minute drive away, great for those who want to explore and visit famous sights such as the magnificent amphitheater.
