A beautiful and completely newly built and furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the city center, which is only a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity of Tivoli Park. It provides its own entrance and complete privacy. There is also a large grassy garden in use, where you can drink your morning coffee in peace while listening to the birdsong.

The space
Completely newly furnished studio apartment on the ground floor of a house built in 2023. There is a private parking lot in front of the house where you can leave your vehicle.

Guest access
Private parking is only 10m from the entrance to the apartment. Behind the house there is access to the garden. From the apartment you can see your vehicle through the window. From the second window you have a view of the garden.

There is drinking water from the tap in the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe even at night.
