They did not contact me through email for checkin information. Could not locate the place. They did not answer provided phone number. Ended up getting different hotel for 2 nights. They refused requested refund. I suggest you remove them from your site.

the worst hotel i ever been in. bad communication, bad check in, shower in the middle of the room, smelly fridge, dirty toilet and ext.

I booked a room for 3 person they gave me a double bed. No one from facility take care of our problem. I drove 12 hours to be there and also there were no toilet in the room.

Was told when ariving by a person living in this complex, that the person renting them out had have multiple police reports filed, cause it was illegal to sublet the places. Furthermore the promised parking spaces were owned by the tenants. We did not stay here but found another place to stay. Hotels.com was incompetent in helping in this situation, and refused to refund the stay.

La struttura ha finto di non avere né prenotazione né ricevuta ci ha lasciati prima in strada poi minacciati da hotels.com ci ha dato le chiavi di uno stanzino senza ariane finestre, con un letto a castello. Ho aperto una controversia non finisce qua.

Finger weg, schlimmste Erfahrung ever

Gebucht: 3-Bett-Zimmer mit Sofa und Queen-Bett, eigenes Bad, TV, Klimaanlage, rollstuhlgerecht, Ausblick auf die Stadt, Platz für 3 Gäste Erhalten: Unfertiges Zimmer (Rohr in Decke), kleine Küchenzeile mit wackligem Wasserhahn, abgewohnte und dreckige Wände, Gemeinschaftsbad & -WC, kein TV, keine Klimaanlage, nicht rollstuhlgerecht, Ausblick auf Baustelle, Platz für 2 Gäste, einfaches Doppelbett, nur eine Bettdecke, extrem laut. Keine Reaktion vom Vermieter, aber dubiose Zahlungslinks, keine Hilfe von Hotels.com! Es gab keinen TV und keine Klimaanlage (keine Bedienmöglichkeit), Das Zimmer war nicht rollstuhlgerecht und bot nur Platz für zwei Gäste. Statt des gebuchten Queen-Betts und Sofa gab es nur ein einfaches Doppelbett, das unbequem war, und nur eine Bettdecke. Der Ausblick war auf eine Baustelle. Das Zimmer war extrem laut, man konnte durch die dünne Tür jeden auf dem Gang und im Gemeinschaftsbad hören, was die Ruhe störte. Unsere Beschwerden wurden ignoriert, der Vermieter reagierte nicht. Zudem erhielten wir dubiose Zahlungslinks vom Vermieter, obwohl das Zimmer bereits über Hotels.com bezahlt war. Hotels.com half uns auch nicht. Insgesamt eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Anzeige wegen Betruges wird erstattet.
