Would not stay here again

I had a junior suite (1201), which was spacious and nicely decorated. It stops here: the room is too warm to be able to sleep. No windows to open and even when heating switched off it was still a sauna. So one cannot enjoy a decent night of sleep. Housekeeping was poor, which resulted in bad cleanliness of the room: coffee stain on my night table covered by a box of tissue instead of cleaning the table, bed sheets not changed after 3 days that I had to ask to change them, grime and stains left all over the bathroom ( pix below). Reception staff especially Luka very rigid and unfriendly. When complained or asked for New Year’s eve menu the answer was we get back to you. Then it was email us to send you the menu and no one replied. Noting that I am a VIP radisson member. No check in for vip members although it was displayed. Hotel has a parking for 15 euros. Breakfast is good. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car to the center. They call a taxi if needed for 10 euros.

I had a ok stay. The staff is not very responsive. Needed a few things in the room that would either be forgotten or would brought to the room after a few calls. The AC didn’t work in our room for all 3 nights and fans were provided.
