Lovely, friendly staff particularly Mary on the front desk and our room cleaner whose name I forget. Good breakfasts although we missed staff coming to our table asking “if all was ok?” A very nice Victorian/Edwardian hotel with a car park (so important in a busy summertime Llandudno!). Handy location too.

Location excellent and such a well loved hotel by staff and management. Great having the outdoor pool and sunbathing area during this heatwave. Room a bit small but well maintained and spotlessly clean. We will visit again.

Everything was excellent, room and food very good indeed. Efficient friendly staff. Car Park facilities are extremely daunting and presentation is poor. It does let the Hotel down by quite a margin.

A pleasant stay, with easy access to Llandudno town and beach. The pool area was nice, but it was a pity that the jacuzzi area was connected to the swimming pool and consequently cooler than normal.
