Good service

My room had to be changed because of noisy plumbing. Despite the hotel being fully booked, I was fitted in for a second night, and the room was quiet, comfortable and warm.

Stopped due to the 10k race and to get a room on the front overlooking the sea which was lovely. Hotel is very tired and in need of a good renovation overhaul. Basic but convenient for the race and one night.

The hotel is conviently situated but its very tired and needs updating i.e. carpets decor desperately needing replacing. The staff are friendly and polite.The breakfast is good and service good.I did not sleep well even though the bed was extremely comfortable the radiator made a loud noise most of the night despite me trying to turn it off. However in the morning when I reported it to the reception staff they did send maintenance up to the room very quickly and as I was checking out that day I did not find out if it was resolved.

I would have given a five but unfortunately the breakfast let it down. There was an adequate amount but It was not very hot and requesting toast is received cold they need a toaster.
