Although I believe the rooms in the website exist, we didn’t have this room. Ours was just bigger than the bed, with the toilet door at the bottom of the bed. The window was rotten and damp marks on the inside of the curtains.

The bedroom was a good size. The outside of the property needs attention & the entrance to the property needs attention. Needs A good sweep around , litter ; signs of dogs wee. The carpet on entrance is taped up & the Entrance door is old & needs replacing.

Week break

Nice friendly staff, always recognize regular customers and chats to them as well. Housekeeping are going in every day and cleaning and making beds plus taking rubbish as well

Stayed for 4 nights, service and food quality slightly improved as the week went on. Booked b&b and evening meal, was given wrong food on first 2 evenings. You have to pre order food which is great if menu's are actually available. Cant fault the location. Room was good, always appreciate a sea view though room cleaning was not daily as advertised. Toilet roll so thin I used a roll a day! Found entertainment lacking so later on in evenings was spent in the room Overall, its an ok place to stay tho wont be visiting again in a rush

Comfortable stay

Overnight stay due to seeing show at venue cymru. Great location for this. Stayed in luxury sea view room. Great view from Room, which was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Shower wasn’t very powerful but was ok for the one night stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will book again next time visiting venue cymru.

The views are the only plus at this hotel , it is very noisy and smelly as the hotel caters for dogs who quite frankly stink the place out, our supposed superior room stand of previous gusts dogs, this hotel is one to avoid, also meals rubbish and bar menus.

The hotel is old but not bad , stuff very friendly but not much helpful, we couldnt find our room because was on the grand floor opposite the car park , so I went to ask the staff , and the lady even don’t know how to find our room , I understand she is new but she should have training . Breakfast stuff Ok but ,don’t like when they brought the croissants from kitchen and with dirty hands she put the croissants in to the basket, overall breakfast was awful.

we went here to chill out and have a swim in the pool but was not open due to changing room out order i have had a look at other reviews last year and it was out off order then so owner needs to sort this out it does not say this when you book as wood have look at other hotel here out dated all off it food ok staff good
