Ideally located for exploring all of eastern Asturias. Close to the beach and next to the mountains. On the El Camín Encantáu hiking trail.

The village has been awarded the Principality of Asturias Quality Seal. ALDEAS (Asturian Rural Quality) has also received the SICTED distinction (INTEGRATED TOURISM QUALITY SYSTEM AT THE DESTINATION). Llanes is a SICTED destination, and so is our accommodation.

The house is built within a centuries-old heritage site, preserving its traditional architecture and respecting the environment.

The first floor features:
- A living room with a fireplace (firewood provided for guests) and a 50" Smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi throughout the house and heating
- A library area for reading with board games.
- A dining room equipped with all kinds of appliances (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, oven, etc.)
- a lobby with a washing machine, a first-aid kit, and a closet containing cleaning supplies and cleaning products
- a bathroom with a shower; there are three hair dryers.

On the second floor, accessed via a wooden staircase, you’ll find:

- Three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, one with its own bathroom and dressing room.
- Another full bathroom with a bathtub.
- A travel crib and high chair, if needed.
- TV in all rooms.

Outside the front of the house, there is a patio with a table and patio chairs, as well as an area that serves as a parking space (this area is for the guest’s exclusive use, although a few meters away you can also park your car in the parking lot. our bar); and at the back there’s a green area with another table, wooden benches, and a parasol.

There we also have the barbecue (we provide the charcoal), right next to the hórreo, ideal for meals and snacks.

The house is prepared for the guest’s arrival with:

- Bathroom amenities.
- Toilet paper in all bathrooms.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- Detergent and fabric softener.
Dishwasher racks.
- Sponges and scourers.
- Cleaning products.
- Charcoal for the barbecue.
- Enough firewood for the fireplace.
- Tampons, spare linens, and bedding (we wash these at this laundry facility if the guest requests it).

The house was restored using traditional materials. Wooden floors and ceilings. The facades are made of stone, and the walls are constructed of solid brick and stone, with restored oak beams. The doors, windows, and shutters are made of wood.

All the furniture is rustic in style, as is the decor: wrought-iron beds and lamps. Bookcase, cabinets, tables, chairs, and small wooden side tables. The kitchen, like the rest of the house, is equipped with all kinds of household items and appliances. The house has heating, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit.
