Dos habitaciones y dos baños en planta baja, cocina y amplio salón comedor con acceso a la terraza y jardín en planta baja. Dos habitaciones y baño en planta primera. La urbanización cuenta con piscina privada, pista de padel y zona de picnic en terreno contiguo a las viviendas lo que evita el ruido. Residencia en Urbanización privada dentro de uno de los pueblos mas bonitos del Oriente de Asturias. Si lo que se desea es Privacidad, este es el lugar ideal. Acceso al Campo de Golf Municipal La Cuesta a tan solo 2km , 4minutos en coche. 20 minutos caminando ( 6minutos en coche) nos separan de la preciosa playa de Andrín. A 5 minutos de la salida a la Autovía del Cantábrico, facilita las excursiones por Asturias y Cantabria. La Urbanización dispone de pista de padle, piscina para adultos e infantil y zona de picnic común a todos los residentes en la Urbanización. Aparcamiento dentro de la urbanización. Andrín es uno de los pueblos mas bonitos y visitados de la costa oriental asturiana en el que se ha cuidado su carácter rural. Para ir a la playa, lo ideal es ir dando un paseo por la carretera de acceso a la misma. Aunque existe zona de aparcamiento, este se masifica durante el verano. En la misma playa, podemos refrescarnos y degustar la gastronomía típica de Asturias en el Bar-chiringuito. Para llegar a Andrín, debemos tomar la salida 294 de la autovía del Cantábrico. Cogeremos la N-634 dirección Santander. Antes de llegar a San Roque, cogeremos la 2ª salida de la rotonda y nos incorporamos a la LLN-2. Seguimos la carretera hasta que vemos a la derecha la carretera de entrada a Andrín. Un metros mas adelante, justo antes de la primera vivienda que encontramos pegada al margen derecho de la carretera, tomamos el camino a la derecha hasta el final donde vemos la entrada a la Urbanización a la izquierda.
