Lack of communication

I reported that the gate to the property almost killed my wife when it gell off its hinges, and never heard response back.I paid for linen on the beds , all i got was two sheets and no towels, i stay villas often and rhis has been the worst experience i have had.

Wir haben die Villa von der Internet Seite FeWo gebucht (9 Personen) .Die Abwicklung ging ohne Probleme und zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Bilder waren vielversprechend und es sah luxuriös aus. Alls wir ankamen, haben wir folgendes vorgefunden: Pro: -der Pool ist sauber und sehr schön. -der Außenbereich ist gepflegt (Achtung Kunstrasen) Und es ist viel kleiner als auf denn Bildern. -die Villa hat einen interessante Raumaufteilung. -Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine funktionieren tatenlos. -Klimaanlagen funktionieren in allen Zimmern -mehr als ein Grill ist vorhanden -ausreichend liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool. -vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick zum Meer. Kontra: -Schimmel in allen Duschen. -in der Küche fällt eine deckenplatte fast ab. -2x Kamera sind in außen Bereich verbaut, wo wir nicht einsehen können, was die genau Filmen. -der Strand von Lloret de Mar ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, da die Steigung doch extrem ist. -denn ganzen Tag bellen die Hunde von denn Nachbarn .nervig. -WLAN ist eine Katastrophe -In zwei Zimmer gibt es zu wenig Stauraum für die Klamotten, so das man aus dem Koffer leben muss. -in 2 Schränken die in der Wand eingebaut sind im Flur, riecht es sehr streng. -draußen steht ein großer Schrank ( vllt. Heizung oder irgendwas anderes, der 24 Stunden an (für paar Minuten)und wieder aus geht und das sehr laut. Fazit: Mit dieser Villa will man nur Geld verdienen aber nicht viel für die Renovierung investieren.
