The villa is strategically positioned just 5,000 meters from the beach, allowing for easy access to the sun-soaked shores of Lloret de Mar. Valencia is situated at street level, with the entrance located on the first floor, providing a unique vantage point to appreciate the surrounding beauty.
Inside, Villa Valencia boasts a modern Spanish interior that is both stylish and functional. The living space is bright and airy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy the picturesque views of the surrounding forest. With a built surface of 115 m2 on a plot of 700 m2, there is ample space to relax and unwind.Accommodation Features
Upon entering, you will find a well-appointed living room, a dedicated dining room, three comfortable bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. The villa's layout is designed to provide both privacy and communal spaces, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Outside, guests can enjoy a designed garden and a private swimming pool located at the backside of the villa. Accessible via stairs, the pool area is perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun and enjoying outdoor living. Additionally, a permanent stone BBQ is available, complete with cooking utensils, for delightful al fresco dining experiences.

Lloret de Mar, a vibrant coastal town just 80 kilometers from Barcelona, is renowned across Europe as a cosmopolitan resort with a lively nightlife. The town beautifully marries its rich history with modern attractions, featuring lovely sandy beaches and historical sites such as the Church of San Roma, the Castle of Sant Joan, and various chapels.
Nearby, the botanic gardens of Marimutra in Blanes showcase over 3,000 plant species, offering a serene escape into nature.
