Stunning villa right on the seafront with panoramic beach views, opposite the Canyelles marina. Located in a quiet, family-friendly area, this townhouse offers 4 bedrooms across two floors. The upper floor features a living-dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and access to a panoramic terrace with covered porch and barbecue area. There is also a covered outdoor laundry area. The lower floor has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower terrace, you’ll find a small private pool and four sun loungers.



The property is 160 m² and accommodates up to 8 guests, ideal for family getaways.
